Bell House is a volunteer led charity that provides creative learning for people of all ages and backgrounds. Our vision is to offer an opportunity to gather for learning, enjoyment and friendship in a special place.

Bell House

This course has been designed to help you understand how you can best support a child at home and at school.

Children with dyslexia may learn differently from you. We will cover how to recognise different learning profiles, multisensory learning, age-appropriate reading matter and tools, note taking, mindmapping, making numeracy more visual and how to gather evidence that a child needs help and support.

You can book all six sessions for £100. Or if you would like to book sessions separately you can do that by navigating away to the dedicated booking page.The six sessions are:

Thursday 5th October, Getting a Diagnosis and Access Arrangements

Thursday 12th October, Memory Mastery

Thursday 19th October, Supporting Reluctant Reading

Half term two weeks

Thursday 9th November, Supporting Writing Skills

Thursday 16th November, Study Skills

Thursday 23rd November, Managing Maths
T﻿icketingT﻿ickets for this course cost £100 for six sessions. If you would like to book separate tickets you can do this by navigating away from this page and buying each session for £20 each.
