Shelf Help is the world’s first self-help book club. We choose a new book every two months to read and work through with our community and discuss online and at local meetups.For September and October the Club is reading<a href="https://amzn.to/3PqaZ5D" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> How Your Mind Can Heal Your Body</a>, by Dr David Hamilton, an accessible and practical guide to the science behind the mind-body connection.This event is for personal development fans in the Norwich area interested in meeting like-minded people to talk about the things that matter in a safe and non-judgemental space.We&#x27;ll be discussing the book and its themes, with a side of delicious brunch in a private room at the Cosy Club.S﻿paces limited to 10.W﻿HAT&#x27;S INCLUDED:The £15 ticket price includes a £﻿5 event fee + £10 towards food and drink on the day (we&#x27;ll be ordering from the a la carte brunch menu).A﻿BOUT SHELF HELP MEETUPSFusing the best elements of book clubs (sociability, accountability opportunities to learn) and support groups (connection, confidentiality, kindness) Shelf Help meetups are safe spaces for members to meet new people and to discuss the books and how the topics may affect their own lives.They are a chance to connect, learn and grow.And we usually laugh quite a lot, too.I﻿n Norwich we have a monthly meetup on the last Saturday of the month.NB Meetups are informal get togethers hosted by self-help lovers and are not intended to take the place of professional counselling or therapy
