Hannah has co-designed the DEI leaders programme with Angie Browne. They co-facilitate this popular 1 year/ 10 session series for the nominated DEI strategic lead in a school/ trust.

Why is this programme needed?<ul><li>Every school needs a plan for establishing, embedding and sustaining their DEIB strategy</li><li>Every school needs to commit to turning their vision intro provision</li><li>Every school needs a leader to drive this agenda forwards</li></ul>How will the programme be delivered?<ul><li>Delivered virtually through a series of interactive workshops</li><li>Led by a former headteacher and co-facilitated by a team of associate trainers</li><li>Intersessional school-based enquiry tasks to be undertaken by all delegates</li><li>Group coaching opportunities throughout the programme</li><li>Recommended reading list</li><li>S upporting resources including book, podcast and toolkits</li><li>C ommunity space on Mighty Networks</li></ul>What does the programme involve?As facilitators we have been careful to construct a programme that recognises the ongoing nature of this work.
