Join Our Future Now for a welcome social, followed by a film screening about Stop EACOP with a panel of international activists joining to share with us! ⭐Film screening ⭐ Social ⭐ Discussion ⭐FoodWhat is the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP)? French oil giant Total and the China National Offshore Oil Corporation are trying to build a massive crude oil pipeline right through the heart of Africa – displacing communities, endangering wildlife and tipping the world closer to full-blown climate catastrophe. Our Future Now is a diverse collective of radical young people fighting to create an inclusive, anti-capitalist, queer, anti-racist, anti-imperialist, anti-ableist and ecological ‘future now’. We operate autonomously as part of the Global Justice Youth network.I﻿f you are interested in Global Justice Youth or Stop EACOP and would like to get involved, you can join our local groups by attending this welcome meeting.
