心理健康網上講座1.您係BN（O）簽證持有人嗎？2.移居英國之後，你有無試過覺得心情低落或感到孤單啊？3. 情緒唔舒服可以點？係咪就無人幫到我，要靠自己？可以點求助？4. 我哋嘅心理治療可以點樣支援到你？如果您對上述任何問題的回答為“是”，或者您有興趣了解更多有關照顧您心理和情緒健康嘅方法，請登記參與心理健康網上講座。網上講座將由我哋嘅一位廣東話治療師，聯同其他廣東話熱線顧問一齊主持。 講座以廣東話(香港語)進行，最後將有發問時間。 我哋期待你嘅參與！日期：2023年10月6日(星期五)時間：上午10時至11時30分1.	Are you a BN(O) visa holder?2.	Have you ever felt lonely or low in your mood after relocating to the UK?3.	How do you cope when you are in emotional distress? Do you feel helpless? Who provides you with support or help?4.	How can our therapy service help you? If you have answered &#x27;yes&#x27; to any of the questions above or if you are just interested in finding out more about ways to look after your mental and emotional wellbeing, then please do sign up to this Wellbeing Webinar. The webinar will be led by one of our Cantonese speaking therapists with the support of our Cantonese speaking advisor.
