<h3>In this interactive two-day workshop, you will receive an introduction to 'The Thinking Environment', facilitated by Linda Aspey. The Thinking Environment® is the unique and powerful framework discovered and developed by Nancy Kline of Time to Think.</h3><ul><li>It’s based on the observation that the quality of everything we do depends on the quality of the thinking we do first. And that the environment that we create – including the way we behave - has the greatest impact on the quality of that thinking.</li><li>You’ll gain proven and practical ideas and strategies on how to promote and introduce the Thinking Environment into your team, organisation or stakeholder settings. And our experience tells us that you - and others - will notice immediate, positive differences on many levels.</li></ul>

<h3>Who is this course for?</h3>This exceptional professional development is for anyone who wants to create conditions and meetings where people’s thinking can flourish.
