A monthly breath circle, with Brenna of Arise Breathwork, for those wanting to continue diving deeper into their breath using the Transformational Breath® technique. **Please note these circles are not suitable for new breathers.

Transformational Breath® workshops

Small,  intimate Transformational Breath® workshops in a cosy Breath & Sound Sanctuary in north London. Discover the power of your own breath, learn how breathwork can benefit all levels of your being & leave feeling calm, relaxed, lighter & brighter.

<h3>THIS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR NEW BREATHERS </h3><h3>(All new breathers, please book an 'Introduction to Transformational Breath workshop with me first)</h3>You need to have experienced at least one previous Transformational Breath® session before - either one of my 2 hour introductory workshops, or a 1:1 breathwork session with me.There will be no demos or explanations in these shorter Breath Circle sessions... we'll get started straight away with a full 60 min breathe.These monthly Breath Circles are perfect for those wanting to continue deepening their breathwork practice, but with some guidance and reminders to help keep the breath open. The session is fully facilitated and guided, but without all of the introductory demos/ explanations.We'll come together in community, breathe and then have time to integrate whatever has arisen in the session.
