Ann Kenrick and Trevor Moore will lead an interactive, informative and thought provoking evening explaining the key decisions you can make in advance, to ease the burden on your family and friends if you lose mental capacity and when your life finally ends: formal matters like Lasting Powers of Attorney for financial affairs and for health and care and Advance Decisions to refuse medical treatment; informal matters like the type of funeral you would like and end-of-life care options.Let's embrace this sensitive topic and take steps to create a legacy of care and consideration for others.T﻿ickets are £5 per person.
