•	Do you have questions regarding the next step in your child’s education?
•	Do you want to know what options are available?
•	Would you like to meet other parents of children on the autism spectrum going through this transition?
•	Would you like to gain a greater insight into what you can be doing now to support this transition?
•	Are you thinking about telling your child about their diagnosis?

This session will provide an opportunity to join Clare and Deborah to support your thinking regarding options for secondary placements and how to support a smooth transition to your child’s next school. 
We will be joined by a member of the Special Educational Needs Assessment Service (SENAS) for some of the session to answer any questions you may have.
This session is for parents and carers only.
