A tour of the National Gallery's medieval and renaissance Italian paintings as recently re-displayed in their quiet lower floor galleries.

The National Gallery

A﻿s a result of the redevelopment of the Sainsbury Wing, the paintings which are usually displayed there have all been moved. Some are now exhibited in the lower floor galleries, which, unlike the rest of the museum, is currently a calm place to be - ideal conditions for an in-depth look at some of the best paintings in the collection.

T﻿he tour will last 90 minutes, with a group limited to 10 people to enable a quieter, more personal approach - and better visibility of the paintings.
