If we align with nature and the cycles of our seasons, we may receive added benefits to our lives. The new moon brings the energy of newness and invites us to reflect on how we'd like the month ahead to look and feel like. Since we're close to the end of the year, there will be space to reflect and journal after the gong bath. If what you need is more rest and no journaling, this is fine too. Arrive into a candlelit space, where you can pause and feel nourished for a moment. We meet in a circle to create a stronger sense of community, with optional ceremonial cacao and personal shares before the gong bath. Ceremonial Cacao and Sound Healing may help you receive deep relaxation, give your body good rest, allow your mind to switch off for a moment, it can also stimulate your mind through creative thinking. If you have stuck energies/emotions, you may experience various feelings arising in the safe space created. Whatever it is you need, has space to arrive.
