T﻿he Adventure Girls Club winter talks is a series of online workshops throughout the dark winter months from inspiring women about all things nature, adventure and the outdoors. About the talkO﻿ur first winter talk is from Emma Ratcliffe, and she will be talking all about mushroom foraging. Emma will go over: <ul><li>How to forage legally, safely and sustainably</li><li>Fundamentals of mycology</li><li>What you need to start IDing</li><li>What to look out for in November </li><li>Tools to continue your learning</li></ul>A﻿bout Emma"I’m Emma (@emisoutside) and I’m a trainee Hill &amp; Moorland Leader based in Sheffield. I’ve always loved spending time outside - walking, camping and swimming. Over the past couple of years my love for the outdoors has grown even more since I started learning about the plants and mushrooms in my local area. Foraging has made me feel more connected to nature, more present and occasionally provides me with free food!
