Impact Leadership Workshops for the Youth Sector

These sessions are designed to provide you with the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to be a more impactful leader and to enable you an opportunity to join a new and growing network of practitioners working to benefit the youth sector in Wales

We are excited to invite you to a series of three meetings that promise to be a game-changer for the youth sector in Wales. These events are brought to you by Youth Cymru in collaboration with YMCA George Williams College and the National Academy for Educational Leadership, we believe your participation could make a significant difference.The sessions focus on: Impact Leadership, which is not just a theoretical concept; it's a practical approach that can lead to tangible improvements in the lives of young people. By participating in these sessions, you will not only enhance your own leadership abilities but also contribute to the growth and resilience of the youth sector in Wales.Session 1: Defining Impact LeadershipIn our first session, we'll embark on a journey to define Impact Leadership:1.	Understanding Impact Leadership: We'll explore what Impact Leadership means to you and how it translates to the youth sector in Wales.2.	Challenges on Our Path: We'll identify and discuss the challenges we face in achieving impactful leadership within the sector.3.	Identifying Needs: Collaboratively, we'll pinpoint the resources and support we need to overcome these challenges and drive Impact Leadership.4.	Self-Assessment: Engage in a self-assessment tool to evaluate your leadership strengths and improvement areas.Session 2: Impact and MeasurementIn the second session, we delve into the practical aspects of measuring and improving our impact:1.	Measuring Impact: We'll explore methodologies and best practices for effectively measuring the impact of our work.2.	Continuous Improvement: Discuss strategies for consistently enhancing impact measurement and adapting to evolving needs.Session 3: Articulating ImpactOur final session focuses on communicating and utilising the impact we create:1.	The Language of Change: Learn how to articulate your impact using a language that inspires change and influence.2.	Influence and Outreach: Discover effective ways to leverage your impact to influence and connect with stakeholders, partners, and the wider community.These sessions are designed to provide you with the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to be a more impactful leader and to enable you an opportunity to join a new and growing network of practitioners working to benefit the youth sector and young people in Wales. Rydym yn gyffrous i'ch gwahodd i gyfres o dri chyfarfod sy'n addo bod yn newidiwr gemau i'r sector ieuenctid yng Nghymru. Mae'r digwyddiadau hyn yn cael eu cyflwyno i chi gan Youth Cymru mewn cydweithrediad â Choleg YMCA George Williams a'r Academi Genedlaethol ar gyfer Arweinyddiaeth Addysgol, credwn y gallai eich cyfranogiad wneud gwahaniaeth sylweddol.

Mae'r sesiynau'n canolbwyntio ar: Arweinyddiaeth Effaith, nad yw'n gysyniad damcaniaethol yn unig; Mae'n ddull ymarferol a all arwain at welliannau diriaethol ym mywydau pobl ifanc. Drwy gymryd rhan yn y sesiynau hyn, byddwch nid yn unig yn gwella eich galluoedd arweinyddiaeth eich hun ond hefyd yn cyfrannu at dwf a gwytnwch y sector ieuenctid yng Nghymru.

Sesiwn 1: Diffinio Arweinyddiaeth Effaith

Yn ein sesiwn gyntaf, byddwn yn cychwyn ar daith i ddiffinio Arweinyddiaeth Effaith:

1. Deall Arweinyddiaeth Effaith: Byddwn yn archwilio beth mae Arweinyddiaeth Effaith yn ei olygu i chi a sut mae'n trosi i'r sector ieuenctid yng Nghymru.

2. Heriau ar Ein Llwybr: Byddwn yn nodi ac yn trafod yr heriau sy'n ein hwynebu wrth sicrhau arweinyddiaeth effeithiol o fewn y sector.

3. Nodi Anghenion: Ar y cyd, byddwn yn nodi'r adnoddau a'r cymorth sydd eu hangen arnom i oresgyn yr heriau hyn a sbarduno Arweinyddiaeth Effaith.

4. Hunanasesiad: Cymryd rhan mewn offeryn hunanasesu i werthuso eich cryfderau arweinyddiaeth a'ch meysydd gwella.

Sesiwn 2: Effaith a Mesur

Yn yr ail sesiwn, rydym yn ymchwilio i agweddau ymarferol mesur a gwella ein heffaith:

1. Mesur Effaith: Byddwn yn archwilio methodolegau ac arferion gorau ar gyfer mesur effaith ein gwaith yn effeithiol.

2. Gwella Parhaus: Trafod strategaethau ar gyfer gwella mesur effaith yn gyson ac addasu i anghenion sy'n esblygu.

Sesiwn 3: Effaith Cyfleu

Mae ein sesiwn olaf yn canolbwyntio ar gyfathrebu a defnyddio'r effaith rydym yn ei chreu:

1. Iaith Newid: Dysgwch sut i fynegi eich effaith gan ddefnyddio iaith sy'n ysbrydoli newid a dylanwadu.
2. Dylanwad ac Allgymorth: Darganfyddwch ffyrdd effeithiol o drosoli eich effaith i ddylanwadu a chysylltu â rhanddeiliaid, partneriaid, a'r gymuned ehangach.

Mae'r sesiynau hyn wedi'u cynllunio i roi'r wybodaeth, yr offer a'r sgiliau sydd eu hangen arnoch i fod yn arweinydd mwy dylanwadol ac i'ch galluogi i ymuno â rhwydwaith newydd a chynyddol o ymarferwyr sy'n gweithio er budd y sector ieuenctid a phobl ifanc yng Nghymru. Rydym yn edrych ymlaen yn eiddgar at eich cyfranogiad gweithredol yn y daith graff hon.
