<p>A﻿n interactive workshop facilitated by Connect Northamptonshire to look at reducing Health Inequalities in our elderly population through the Local Area Partnership model.  This is a Pilot Project funded by the National Lottery Community Fund for LAP Area Rural South (West Northamptonshire), and VCSE Organisations will be invited to tender to manage this  feasibility pilot for a period of one year, with the ambition to roll out this community led intervention throughout the county.  </p><p></p>
