Maria is an ANFT Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide and Coach, EcoNidra Teacher, Therapetic writing teacher, story weaving facilitator and Mindfulness/ Compassion Teacher.She is the founder of Mindful Connections where she facilitates both individual, group and private experiences to help increase balance, stillness and much needed rest.She works with public groups, 1:1 individualised coaching & mentoring and private teams to help promote  wellbeing, balance and resilience.After a period of work related burn out in 2001 and 2002, Maria found a path to her own restoration during a solo journey along the West Coast of Ireland.She is dedicated to helping  others find their own balance, stillness and rediscovery through the healing power of Nature and Connection, natural silence and self care practices.

This year we are offering a full day retreat at Owlett Plantation and our residential retreat is back at Avebury Stone Circle and ancient woodlands the following April

Welcome to our winter nature connection series.This 7 day offering starts on Sunday 14th January with a live session on zoom.Here we will meet our group that we will be sharing our experiences with and introduce the week.Each day a new video will be available that will bring you some outdoor nature and invite you to complete a task that helps you increase your embodied awareness and connect to the nature that surrounds you.These will be via a private group on Facebook.Mid week on the Wednesday, you will be invited to join a live EcoNIDRA session in the evening - a deeply relaxing nature meditation.The last day we will meet at 16:30 on zoom and complete this week with a sharing circle and look at ways to continue this practice.SEE UPDATE BELOW 👇 Tickets £10 per person - or can be purchased as a Wellness Gift as a ticket for two £15 UPDATE : Christmas Gift from Mindful Connections - join us free of charge- simply register for a free ticket. You can still donate to our community hub, only if you wish to do so - or you are in a position to do so.MC Community Hub offers both part and fully funded spaces on our nature based events - donations extend what we are able to offer.
