Come together to celebrate Strengths-based work at this free online event!

The New System Alliance has launched its <a href="https://newsystemalliance.org/strength-based-working-directory/" title="https://newsystemalliance.org/strength-based-working-directory/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Strengths-based Directory</a>, a platform for organisations who are going against the grain, putting relationships first, creating spaces for people who often go unheard and tackling age-old problems with out of the box thinking.The Directory aims to inspire, connect and inform – ultimately making strengths-based working the norm, rather than the exception.To celebrate the Directory, we would like to invite you to Team up for Good, a free online event that will bring together three incredible organisations, representing each of the Directory categories: Work with People, Community Development and Strategic Support. Each organisation will provide an honest reflection of their work; the wins, the barriers and hopes for the future.This is an event entirely focused on being inspired, connecting with others and learning. We want to celebrate the good stuff, explore what’s tough and see what’s possible for the future. An organisation who have taken a very different approach to empowering people to achieve their potential and live independent and fulfilling lives.Adam Lent from <a href="https://www.newlocal.org.uk/" title="https://www.newlocal.org.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">New Local</a>, an independent think tank and network, with a mission to transform public services and unlock community power.
