Natalia at The Little Room of Harmony has been leading group and private classes in meditation and relaxation since 2015. As well as being a qualified Meditation teacher, she is also a Face Yoga teacher, Reiki Master, Gua Sha Therapist & Teacher, Amnanda Therapist (Ayurvedic) and Crystal Therapist.Natalia founded The Little Room of Harmony in 2012.

The Little Room of Harmony

WHAT TO EXPECTA delightful 90 minute event in a small and personal group, led by Natalia Ripsher of The Little Room of Harmony. The focus will be an offering of peace, freedom and happiness to you, your loved ones and the whole world this Christmas time. We will start the evening with some gentle mindful movement to drop into your body and start to unwind, then Natalia will guide you to work with mantra to focus and calm the mind. Sunggle under your blanket as you are led deeper into a guided meditation and then rest in stillness while listening to crystal bowls sound healing music as Reiki Master Natalia sends relaxing Reiki healing to you and to the world. There will also be candles, crystals and Tibetan bells to enhance the peaceful energy in the room, promoting relaxation, release and a sense of well-being. WHAT TO BRINGPlease bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit or lie on, plus a blanket to cover you. Optional extras: pillow or cushion, eye pillow, yoga block, water, crystals. INFONo experience in meditation or Reiki necessary. Please arrive 5 minutes early so that we can start on time. Tickets are non-refundable but you can transfer them to a friend.
