KM: The Strategy
Come and learn about KM Strategy from the author of the UK law society's "KM Handbook" and "Practical Projects in Legal KM".

Learn about the common processes for creating a strategy, auditing internal knowledge resources and external market environment, common barriers and learn top tips for making the strategy work.
This event is primarily focused at law firm Heads of Knowledge, but will also be of use to those in other professional services sectors, those working with in-house lawyers and those in larger firms looking to create departmental strategies.
Includes: afternoon workshop and 4 post-event coaching skype calls.
Includes a bit about design thinking and the new ISO standard.
 
I run these workshops in small groups to encourage discussion and sharing of experiences, usually around 4-6 people but occasionally fewer. If group size is important to you, please let me know.
