<p>As Get Out Get Active comes to the end its 3 year funded programme, we invite you to celebrate, network and share some of the learning with us. Join us to hear from some of our partners and projects over a light lunch and  help us shape and discuss our commitment to inclusive practice for disabled and non- disabled LGBTQ+ people,  in our region forward. </p>
