Is it possible to park?

Accepted Answer

There is free on-street parking, however, for ease of leaving the venue you may want to park on the surrounding streets for ease of exit as the roads can get congested on NYE. Please see the transport section.

Question 2

I'm a new parent, can I bring my baby?

Accepted Answer

Are you a new parent who doesn’t want to or can’t get a babysitter, no problem. Babes in arms are welcome, just no toddlers please as this can be disruptive. If possible please come with a sling or baby carrier as there is very limited space for buggies.

Question 3

I’m pregnant / breastfeeding, can I drink Cacao?

Accepted Answer

Cacao does contain caffeine (significantly less than coffee) but still can be quite stimulating so a smaller serving of Cacao is advised. It can be slightly dehydrating, so make sure to drink plenty of water. If you have any questions regarding Cacao please contact Imogen directly.

Question 4

Can I bring a buggie / pram?

Accepted Answer

Please come with a sling or baby carrier if possible as there is minimal space. If you plan on bringing a buggy/pram please bring a foldable one where possible, arrive early (8:45 pm), and contact Imogen directly to check if there's an allocatable space. Text: 07712 421 368

Can I bring my child?

Accepted Answer

Teenagers of 16 years+ are welcome as are babes in arms.  For 16 years+ please purchase a regular ticket. For babies please add on the free ticket available as an "add-on". [No toddlers and no under 16 years.]

What's the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Due to the limited places at this event, we are not offering refunds. However, if you cannot make it and would like to pass your ticket on to a friend, this is possible. Just contact Imogen directly so details can be updated.  Please note this is a ceremony so late arrivals will not be accepted.
