Who is eligible for free tickets?

Parish Council Members of CPRE Norfolk are eligible for 2 free tickets for this event. You will be asked to enter your CPRE Norfolk Membership Number during the checkout process to confirm your eligibility.

What is your refund policy?

As a charity we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds for this event, but if you are unable to attend you can pass on your ticket to someone else; just let us know who will be attending in your place.

Is lunch provided?

Yes, free refreshments and a buffet lunch will be provided.  Please let us know(no later than Friday 17 May please) whether you have any special dietary requirements.

What are the parking arrangements?

There is a limited amount of parking on site for people with limited mobility; please contact us if you would like to reserve a space. For other delegates the closest free car park is Cherry Tree Car Park Theatre St, Market Place, Dereham NR19 2AX, approximately 10 minutes walk from the venue.

Yes, the venue has level access entrances and exits and 3 disabled toilets.
