If I join this session will I be pressurised to sign up to your 13 week programme?

Of course we hope you'll join our 13 week programme, but there will not be any pressure to do so.

What do you mean by an interactive session?

We'll ask a small number of questions and ask you to talk with a small group of other people to share your thoughts and experiences. We will also ask you to use the Zoom chat function from time to time. We're really interested to hear from you. We'll not ask you to talk to large numbers of people
