Join us for a two day conference to share what we have learned over this three year project and identify next steps for the PrOPEL Hub.

The ESRC-funded PrOPEL Hub launched in early 2020 and brings together experts across ten UK Universities and the CIPD. We all share a common interest in understanding the role of workplace practice in tackling the UK’s productivity puzzle. Over the past three years, we have worked together to broaden and deepen our understanding of working lives and develop interventions to enhance workplace practice and employee engagement to improve productivity.On the 6th and 7th March we will be running a two-day conference to share what we have learned and to identify next steps.
