We are pleased to announce that Local Motion Movement will be hosting Farid Herrera on Saturday 10th of October , 2020.With a background in a number of Movement disciplines including gymnastics, strength training, freerunning, capoeira and acrobatics, Farid&#x27;s breadth of knowledge, and more importantly, his ability to communicate and coach seemingly complex movement into simple steps that are accessible to all, is what sets him apart as one of London&#x27;s top coaches.This workshop is for participants of all levels to gain knowledge on methods of training for specific movements skills, using a systematic approach to expand their movement vocabulary and develop their own movement practice. We will cover :HandstandsBack Bends​ / MacacoElbow Levers / QDRMovement transitionsSequencing for beginners Students will learn how to build each movement from the ground up and be taught how to apply them in their own practice.
