Barnardo's 網上英語會話小組。想練英文？想講多啲英文？參加我哋喺Microsoft Teams平台嘅網上小組活動輕鬆有趣地同其他香港人練英文啦～透過傾計活動介紹英國在地文化，融入英國社會，同本地人傾計嘅話題可能都會多咗！Barnardo's Online Conversation Club. Join us on Teams to practice your English Language in an informal and fun environment, as well as learn about British Culture and mingle with other Hong Kong BN(O)'s. <h3>Topic題目: Winter blues 冬季抑鬱</h3>漫長嘅冬季已到。聖誕過後，你會感到低落嗎？寒冷嘅天氣與晝短夜長嘅日子，著實影響著我哋嘅精神健康。我哋會感到疲憊乏力、情緒低落，甚至對日常生活提唔起勁。我哋正面對適應新生活帶來嘅困難及挑戰，故此喺冬天保持身心健康更顯重要。我哋邀請你一齊參與英語會話小組，一齊交流和分享保持身心健康嘅方法。The winter months are here. Do you feel low after Christmas? The colder weather and shorter days may take a toll on your mental wellness. It is not uncommon to feel fatigue, low mood and even struggle to do the daily routines. Maintaining both physical and mental health are important in winter, especially when we are meeting the challenges and difficulties of settling in to the UK. You are invited to join our virtual English conversation club to talk and share your self-care tips to stay physically and mentally well. 每月我哋都有6個Regional Conversation Clubs英語會話小組專為唔同地區嘅香港人而設！Regional Conversation Club嘅討論內容都會有唔同，會因應當地地區文化變動，讓大家適應同埋融入自己嗰區。因此誠意邀請大家報名報返居住地區嘅活動，或者參加National～如果你有任何疑問，請你寄電郵至Boloh.helpline@barnardos.org.ukWe have many Conversation Clubs running for regions across the UK. We tailor our sessions to to each area so please book the one locally to you, or you can attend our National Session. If you have any questions please email boloh.helpline@barnardos.org.uk
