His Agendashift model offers an outcome-oriented perspective to change, transformation, and the Lean-Agile landscape as a whole. He devised the popular Featureban and Changeban game simulations, and created the Kanban values model described in his first book, the Lean-Agile classic Kanban from the Inside (2014). His more recent books include Agendashift: Outcome-oriented change and continuous transformation (2nd edition 2021) and Right to Left: The digital leader's guide to Lean and Agile (2019, audiobook 2020).Allan Kelly specialises in better ways of working through agile approaches and OKRs. He partners with growing technology-focused businesses to enhance effectiveness and predictability through improved organization, product focus, and delivery. As well as many lesser-known scale-ups, larger clients include Nexis-Lexis, Virgin Atlantic, the Swift payments network, geo special specialists Fugro, and the Bank of England. He has written several books, including the best-selling Succeeding with OKRs in Agile (2nd edition 2023) and The Art of Agile Product Ownership (2019). He most proud of the badly-named Business Patterns for Software Developers (2012).
