Empowering group coaching to support teachers navigating parental leave.

It can be easy to feel isolated or drifting on your parental leave, particularly if you are used to the bustle and pace of the classroom.The MTPT Project's Parental Leave Group Coaching programme brings you together with other teachers on leave to share experiences, motivate yourself with personalised goals, and celebrate as you grow and flourish with your new baby.In three 60 minute Zoom sessions, we'll focus on key themes relevant to The MTPT Project community:<ul><li>Transition and Identity: who am I now?</li><li>Limiting Beliefs: what's holding me back?</li><li>Empowering Visions: where do I want to go?</li></ul>Dates for the Spring "Coffee" cohort are:<ul><li>Thursday 8th February, 09:30-10:30</li><li>Thursday 14th March, 09:30-10:30</li><li>Thursday 18th April, 09:30-10:30</li></ul>

And make sure you take advantage of our DAD23 promo code.<ul><li>One of the dates doesn't work for me - is there any flexibility here?</li></ul>Because this is a group coaching programme, we ask that you make yourself available for the dates stated above. However, we can always check whether the whole cohort are available for a different date and would be willing to reschedule once we get started.<ul><li>This is my second / third etc. return to work: is the coaching still relevant?</li></ul>Our most bittersweet phrase at The MTPT Project is 'I wish I'd known about you on my first parental leave!' The sessions give you the opportunity to get a bit of headspace, valuable to anyone on leave, whether this is your first or tenth baby!<ul><li>Can I use KIT days to fund the coaching sessions?</li></ul>Yes, and we strongly encourage you to do so! Your KIT days have to be mutually agreed, but using a KIT day to complete the group coaching programme is a great way of keeping in touch with your work identity and supporting you in your transition back into the classroom when the time comes.Just show your HR Manager the Eventbrite confirmation when you claim your KIT day as evidence of attendance.<ul><li>I'd like to book a number of colleagues in my school / trust onto the programme all in one go.</li></ul>Brilliant - when we receive a booking for two or more tickets, we'll get in touch to request your colleagues' email addresses to request further information from them and share joining details for the event. Please ensure that you can share these email addresses with us without breaching GDPR and inform your colleagues of which email address these details will be sent to.Tickets are limited to 5 per order - if you want to support more than 5 colleagues with a group coaching programme, it might be more cost-effective to book in a specific date and time for your school / trust.
