An informal get together to explore your CliftonStrengths and how to apply them to your current challenges.

An informal time to explore CliftonStrengths in more detail. The agenda is led by you! In between jams, we support you in the Katalytik Powerful Strengths Facebook group.Come and share our passion for this amazing way to describe how fabulous you are!Each month we'll take a slightly different slant to explore a group of themes or topical issues and maybe some peer to peer coaching. The jam atmosphere is slower-paced than a workshop with time to explore and discuss themes in more depth, hear from others and deepen your self-awareness.Should you come?Probably you've been to one of our workshops or had a coaching session. Maybe you are a coach? You might be new to strengths, and have just done your Top 5 assessment, or you might be a mentor or student peer mentor. Our jam sessions don't judge. Come to share or come to learn.Topics we've so far been asked to cover are:• How to lend your talent themes to a teammate• Challenging conversations with your line manager or supervisor• Improving communication skills through talentsWho will be there?Ours is a generous, warm, and collaborative community. Most of our workshop attendees in the past have been scientists and engineers. We don't talk technical, but we all share an experience and technical training.How long?Sessions are strictly an hourThe cost?Currently, the sessions are free. If there is a persistent no-show of delegates we'll apply a small charge.Where will it be?The Jam will be online and joining details will be sent the day before the event and then again on the morning. We'll also post the link in the Powerful Strengths Facebook group.
