Join me for a beautiful wind down Yoga practice and Yoga Nidra meditation.From time to time we have trouble sleeping. Simple Yoga stretches before bedtime can really help us to release tension that has built up during the day.Yoga Nidra is very relaxing and easy to do. It is a beautifully powerful meditation technique done lying down. This systematic meditation takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you with a sense of wholeness.Yoga Nidra is a wonderful practice for people who find it difficult to meditate. It reduces stress, anxiety and releases tension from the body and mind. It also increases the quality of sleep and helps with creativity.This evening Yoga session will leave you relaxed and equipped with a bedtime routine that you can do anywhere to help support your mind, body and soul.
