The Fun Fed is a London based playful events company who since 2005 has created opportunities for people to shake off the day.We do that by running uplifting and unusual music, dance and games sessions every week that act as an antidote to the seriousness of everyday London life. Wholesome escapism is what we call it.Old school playground games are The Fun Fed's trademark sessions. But stopping at Games would be boring right? So whether it’s Djembe Drumming, BellyBolly or perhaps Soul Singing, you’ll be sure to find some pretty inventive ways to be entertained and uplifted with us.At The Fun Fed we pride ourselves on our network of friendly facilitators, ones who’ve mastered their crafts and love working with people.We’ve worked with big venues such as the Southbank Centre on a young peoples’ rightsfestivaland with small organisations such as St Paul’s Cancer on staff wellbeing sessions. You can find us onRadio 4talking about the positive impact of our work and also at International festivals likeCounterplayrunning interactive Play & Authenticity sessions. In a way you could say we’re serious about play.The Fun Fed believes that through playfulness and discovery we can lead happier, more fulfilling lives. She especially loves to facilitate embodied games which get everyone on their feet, moving and playing. For many years she ran Sports Days for adults and made up all sorts of silly games from balloon fencing, the egg &amp; spooning race and piggy back show jumping rounds. She has produced &amp; performed at many online parties for Morning Gloryville, the original sober rave, and has facilitated Shhh Dating events, silent speed dating. She believes that joy is the compass in life, creating activities that people can’t help but participate in, and surrender to the fun!This is the perfect opportunity to re-connect with your inner big kid.Location: The Winch Community Centre, Winchester Road, Belsize Park, London NW3 3NR, UK
