This 1 day Youth MHFA  course will build confidence and provide practical tools to support & monitor wellbeing in young people.

As part of this in-person course, you will receive a comprehensive manual, a helpful workbook and ALGEE card (mental health plan) which are valuable resources for supporting young people's mental wellbeing. There is some pre-work to undertake online before the course which compliments the input on the training days. The course includes ideas and strategies for responding, a comprehensive application of the ALGEE mental health plan and signs &amp; symptoms of 6 mental health illnesses and behaviours.Cost £40.00 for those living or working within Manchester Diocese. Please approach your Headteacher for payment via the school office.Refreshments available from 09.00 with a prompt start at 09.30
