I'll provide you with a full recipe pack prior to the lesson, with a choice of what dishes you'd like to make.

Is this confidential?

This is a group cookery and coaching session.  However,  if you would like to book a one to one session, please contact me directly and we can arrange this.

Can I bring a friend?

If you'd like to have a friend in the session with you, then you would both have to book on.

Question 5

I am disabled, can you accommodate my needs?

As this is an online session, if you have any special requirements please do let me know and I will do my absolute best to accommodate them. If you have a carer or support then please do make sure they are available on the day of your lesson to support you.

Who provides the food?

You do your own shopping but I will email you a full recipe pack and shopping list prior to your lesson.

What does the coaching session involve?

Prior to our session, I will send you a questionnaire to learn more about your goals and dreams.  As this is a group session, we will share experiences that will benefit everyone and we will support you to create an action plan to help you get clear moving forward.
