<p>Come and enjoy a taster carving session with Jeffrey Hart.</p><p>Starting from a log you will learn how to axe out the basic shape of a knife, then using safe knife grips and positions refine it in to your own beautiful butter knife. This is an ideal carving starter session for those who want to try something new.</p>
