The Fun Fed is a London based playful events company who since 2005 has created opportunities for people to shake off the day.We do that by running uplifting and unusual music, dance and games sessions every week that act as an antidote to the seriousness of everyday London life. Wholesome escapism is what we call it.Old school playground games are The Fun Fed's trademark sessions. But stopping at Games would be boring right? So whether it’s Djembe Drumming, BellyBolly or perhaps Soul Singing, you’ll be sure to find some pretty inventive ways to be entertained and uplifted with us.At The Fun Fed we pride ourselves on our network of friendly facilitators, ones who’ve mastered their crafts and love working with people.We’ve worked with big venues such as the Southbank Centre on a young peoples’ rightsfestivaland with small organisations such as St Paul’s Cancer on staff wellbeing sessions. You can find us onRadio 4talking about the positive impact of our work and also at International festivals likeCounterplayrunning interactive Play & Authenticity sessions. In a way you could say we’re serious about play.The Fun Fed believes that through playfulness and discovery we can lead happier, more fulfilling lives. Claudia from “Nobody’s Watching” will take you on a silent disco journey for this special workshop.Unlock the diva in you and dance the evening away for women around the globe. Learn a few moves from Madonna, Beyonce and The Spice Girls before being let loose to express yourself however you feel. Your headphones have two channels to choose from, loaded with hits from your favourite Girl Power icons. The 70s and 80s are on one channel. The 90s and Noughties on the other. DREAMS CAN COME TRUE! All levels welcome, no previous dance experience required.The dance moves will be easy to pick up, and the focus is on celebrating Girl Power and feeling good.
