Overview

A chat and a brew - we're here for you! Mental Health Peer Support Group for mothers and birthing people - online group meeting.

LATNEM Later is an online mental health peer support group for mums and birthing people.

Pop the kettle on and join us from the comfort of your own home for a supportive, judgement free chat on Zoom about your mental health, parenthood and so much more.

Our trained volunteers will make you very welcome and are there to offer support and signposting as needed. The chat is very informal – there’s no pressure to talk, and no awkward introductions.

Our LATNEM Later calls are popular with those who can’t attend a face-to-face meeting due to being at work, or live far from our meeting places.

LATNEM support ALL mums and birthing people in Scotland, regardless of any disability, gender, sexual orientation, age, race or ethnicity with children of any age who need support with their mental health. You do not need a referral or an official diagnosis to access our services.

You are not alone.
