Sleep Sound - Open Online Wellbeing Education Workshop This IAP Wellbeing Workshop will be on 15th March 2024 at 9am - 10am. The session is completely free for anyone living or working in the Borough of Lambeth, London and for any MHFAiders, SFAiders or Wellbeing Champions that have accessed their certifications through It's a Playground. For everyone else, there are affordable tickets available. These IAP Wellbeing Calendar sessions will be taking place once or twice a month for all of 2024! The 60 minute session will be a blend of anonymous polls, videos, activities and chat engagement and will cover: Understanding sleep What is sleep hygiene? Common sleep problems and promoting better sleep Pause and reflect on your sleep and consider ways of improving it and resources you can access for support It'll also be an opportunity to connect with others and share tips and tools with each other and you’ll receive a handout and additional tools to share with your community.
