Dementia Friendly Training

CCB offers a wide range of training courses for adults, specially designed to support community groups and the voluntary sector. Many of our training workshops are free to our members and are of low cost to others.

Learn how to support someone with Dementia and create a good supportive environment.

Delivered by AGE UK Berkshire:The course is for:<ul><li>Anyone who knows or cares for someone who has or is showing signs of Dementia</li><li>Anyone who provides activities for those with Dementia e.g. fitness classes for elderly, tea &amp; chat sessions, craft or sewing groups etc.</li><li>People running Village Halls or Community Centres who have those living with Dementia using the facitity.</li></ul>The course will cover:<ul><li>Dementia friends training</li><li>How to make an environment easier for someone living with Dementia</li></ul>What you will get:<ul><li>Dementia friends badge and certificate</li></ul>Cost: FREE
