Our 27 February 2020 event in Leeds  is a chance to learn more about applying for our new Common Ambition programme

We will share the materials and outputs from the events with potential applicants. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------The Health Foundation has announced a new £2.1 million programme for partnerships developing collaborative communities where people, families, health care professionals and researchers work together to improve health care.The Common Ambition programme will support up to five ambitious teams across the UK to work towards a shared aim: to build sustainable change across health care through collaboration between those who use services and those who deliver them.At this event, we will offer advice on how to apply for our Common Ambition programme and support potential applicants to connect with partner organisations.This event is an important opportunity to find out whether an idea fits with the aims of the Common Ambition programme and to improve the quality of an application. However, please note that the events are not a compulsory part of the application process.We are happy to cover reasonable travel expenses and will provide financial support (£75 or an equivalent alternative payment) for those not supported by another organisation, in line with <a href="https://thehealthfoundation98.sharepoint.com/:b:/s/thf_project/projects_programmes/00098/EQrmAPUR4zxDgdKcM4LtDHIBhzTkXmmwuNiNJ3H0Xp_11A?e=Z570ol" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">our participation policy.</a>
