Join us for an in-person workshop which aims to enhance the presentation skills of Early Career Researchers studying China.

This in-person roundtable session will cover tips for effective presentations for ECRs studying China and will feature discussions with <a href="https://research.manchester.ac.uk/en/persons/xiaobing.wang" title="https://research.manchester.ac.uk/en/persons/xiaobing.wang" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Dr Xiaobing Wang</a>, <a href="https://research.manchester.ac.uk/en/persons/rian.thum" title="https://research.manchester.ac.uk/en/persons/rian.thum" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Dr Rian Thum</a>, and Dr William Hu.This session is particularly beneficial for our upcoming ECR Workshop speakers, but also for our audience members, as well as any ECRs, PhDs, or postgrads studying China.

NotesMCI’s ECR Workshops are lunchtime seminars held in person at the <a href="https://www.mci.manchester.ac.uk/" title="https://www.mci.manchester.ac.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Manchester China Institute</a>. They seek to bring together students, faculty, and staff who can best provide feedback as Early Career Researchers develop their ideas. Free lunch will be provided.
