* * EARLY BIRD PRICE UNTIL JAN 21st- £5 off **** This event is for women only, teenagers 13+ must be accompanied by an adult ** I have dreamt of co-creating a space where we would sit together as sisters to relax, unwind, share, be heard, laugh and so much more... A Sanctuary! Each month I will invite you to share tea in ceremony with me and explore the energies that have been building up within us and around us. I will combine several modalities such as Oracle reading, sacred sound journey, drumming, singing, guided meditation, intuitive movements, breathwork, etc... to support us in this exploration. Are you ready to enter the sanctuary and gift yourself a sacred moment suspended in time ? What to expect during this workshop:- We will start by a short sharing circle to introduce ourselves- We will talk about the energies we are navigating at the time of the event and I will introduce the program of the day- Most session will include a Tea Ceremony following the Cha Dao tradition, during which we will drink Red, Black or white Tea ("Camelia Sinensis") in silence. This is a powerful mindfulness practice that will support us in being grounded, calm and at ease with our body, mind and soul.- The second part of the session will be a mix of exercises and energy healing practices including some of the follwoing: guided meditation, oracle cards, breathwork, sacred sound journey, intuitive movements, drumming, singing, etc...- We will conclude by a conscious share, during which participants will be invited to share about their experience during the session.
