I am inviting you to explore your relationship with love, more specifically with how you love yourself! Subsequently to explore how you are showing up in relationships when love is involved. And what better than doing so with the magical, sacred medicine of Cacao! Sacred Cacao, sacred medicine of the Heart :Raw cacao is a very powerful plant medicine that has been used by shamans in many cultures for centuries to connect to the heart and reach higher states of consciousness. It is a heart opener that promotes self love, compassion and forgiveness. What to expect during this workshop:- We will start by a short sharing circle to introduce ourselves- We will talk about Love and more specifically Self Love. What it means for us, what belief system we have around it. I will guide you through some exercises designed to help you shift some limiting beliefs and fall back in love with yourself.- I will serve Sacred cacao in a ceremonial manner, which will provide an opportunity to drop into our hearts and open up our souls.- I will then guide you on a shamanic journey to integrate the wisdom of the cacao. During this guided journey, I will use a mixture of sound healing, shamanic drumming, breathing exercises and visualisations.- After we will open the space to a conscious share, during which participants will be invited to share about their experience during the ceremony or the healing, or whatever they feel is relevant to be shared in this space. Practical informations: <ul><li>Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a blanket to snuggle in.</li><li>Bring something for the Altar, ideally something that represents how you feel (Crystal, flower, etc.)</li></ul><ul><li>Some drums and Instruments will be available to borrow, but feel free to bring your own.</li></ul><ul><li>The cacao will be prepared with oat milk, spices and dates, but may contain traces of nuts. She works very closely with Tea as a wisdom keeper, Nature &amp; animal spirits and creates magical herbal and botanical products. She is dedicated to support others in reconnecting with the true power of their soul and heart.
