Is it best to practice live online or with recordings?

Live online is best , practicing with the teacher offers a space to be present and let go of any distractions.

Yes the recordings are available every day and weekend from the first day, November 28th to Monday December 11th at 23:59.

Unfortunately this courses are not suitable for pregnancy.

Yes, every day from 10:30 onwards the recording is uploaded and available for students to practice at their own convenience.
