You must attend all 8 weeks. This workshop will look at providing you with tips and tricks to support you in managing your anger better.

The Haven - Central Lancashire

P﻿LEASE NOTE - This is not an &#x27;anger management&#x27; course. This is a low level workshop to equip you with some skills to support you in managing your responses to feeling anger. We will be looking at: <ul><li>What is anger?</li><li>Different words that mean you are angry.</li><li>Different tools that can help to diffuse a certain situation or help with an individual&#x27;s anger patterns.</li></ul>Every Monday 12-2pm starting from 31/10/2022
