A monthly breath circle, with Brenna of Arise Breathwork, for those wanting to continue diving deeper into their breath using the Transformational Breath® technique. **Please note these circles are not suitable for new breathers.

<h3>PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR NEW BREATHERS. (All NEW breathers, please book a 2 hour 'Transformational Breath Journey' or 2.5 hour 'Transformational Breath &amp; Sound Journey' workshop first).</h3> You need to have experienced at least one previous Transformational Breath® session before - either a workshop or 1:1 breathwork session. Please email me if you're unsure at brenna@arisebreathwork.com.There will be no demos or explanations in these shorter Breath Circle sessions... we'll get started straight away with a full 60 min breathe.These monthly circles are perfect for those wanting to continue deepening their breathwork practice, but with some guidance and reminders to help keep the breath open. The session is fully facilitated and guided, but without all of the introductory demos/ explanations.We'll come together in community, breathe and then have time to integrate whatever has arisen in the session.
