<p>Sir Vincent Fean KCVO, born on November 20, 1952, is a retired British diplomat and former Ambassador with a distinguished career spanning nearly four decades. Joining the Diplomatic Service in 1975, he served in various key roles until his retirement in 2014. Notable among his appointments are his tenure as High Commissioner to Malta from 2002 to 2006, Ambassador to Libya from 2006 to 2010, and Consul General to Jerusalem, effectively serving as ambassador to the Occupied Palestinian Territories, from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Sir Vincent holds the position of Vice Chair at the Balfour Project Charity, advocating for a just resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Recognized for his service, he was appointed Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order in 2005 and is also an Officer of the Order of St John.</p>
