This session will focus on identifying and managing healthy boundaries in our daily practice. It is suitable for staff and volunteers new to their role as well as a refresher for those with years of experience.The session will cover:<ul><li>What are professional boundaries?</li><li>Why are boundaries seen as Important and why they are needed?</li><li>Overstepping and the potential effects.</li><li>Maintaining professional boundaries</li><li>Plenary session</li></ul>Time for networking with participants from other local VCOsLeigh Barker will be our trainer for this session.LB Training and Consultancy began with a passion for helping organisations meet their statutory requirements in line with Adult and Children's universal/ Level 1 safeguard training.
