Join us on the 10 and 17 April at 10.30-12.30pm, and on 24 April at 1.00-2.30pmSession 1 You and your wellbeing (healthy eating, keeping active, changing body, emotional wellbeing)Session 2 Preparing for labour and birth (managing contractions, labour bag, birth positions, expectations)Session 3 Practical baby care (nappy changing, bathing, safe sleep, feeding, travelling with your baby)The sessions will be led by our peer supporters Sarah, Nicola and Stacey.
