Disabled parking is available in the production car park at the back of the Barbican, accessed via Kent Street. There are a number of carparks close by to York Barbican: Q Park Barbican (YO10 4AH); Peel Street (YO1 9PZ); St George's Field (YO10 4FH); Castle Car Park (YO1 9SA).

York Jobs and Apprenticeships Fair will take place on the ground floor of York Barbican. York Barbican has step-free access from Paragon Street to all areas of the ground floor. An accessible toilet is available on the ground floor and the cafe area has a low-level counter position.

The Barbican's cafe will be open for drinks or snacks. You are welcome to bring your own food and/or leave the venue during the day to purchase food.
