Are you running or facilitating engagement processes with diverse audiences? Are you looking to make your processes more accessible for all participants? Perhaps you're looking to develop your skills, whilst meeting others working in this space? If this sounds familiar, then this training offer is for you.This 3 hour interactive online session offers the chance to develop your understanding of power and privilege in engagement processes, and explores ways to make your processes more accessible to all.Equitable Engagement will:<ul><li>explore issues of power and privilege in engagement processes</li><li>consider how these issues affect engagement in practice</li><li>share methods and approaches to make your engagement more accessible</li></ul>The aim of this training is to equip you with the knowledge, skills and resources to plan and deliver more equitable and accessible participatory and deliberative process, leaving you feeling inspired and more confident in your skills.Our training offer is based on our two decades of experience delivering participatory, dialogue and deliberative public engagement processes that work for both commissioning institutions, and the members of the public and stakeholders they want to engage.Sessions will take place using Zoom.Read more about Involve and our work here - <a href="http://www.involve.org.uk/" title="http://www.involve.org.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">www.involve.org.uk</a>
