One Team Gov are creating the space to talk about radical new ways to lead, underpinned by empathy, vulnerability, and collaboration.

Building on, and inspired by, the work we've already done this year on exploring future leadership, OneTeamGov will host a global, online Exploring Future Leadership Workshop, taking place on 10, 11 and 12 February 2020 (depending on where in the world you are).We will explore what leadership looks like in the future across three themes:<ul><li>Leadership of Self
</li><li>Leadership of Others
</li><li>Leadership of the System / Community
</li></ul>You should attend if you're passionate about:<ul><li>Exploring what a leadership of the future looks like together</li><li>Connecting with leaders from around the world</li><li>Sharing good practice among people who wouldn't normally get the chance to meet</li><li>Seeing our future as very different, but feel unsure how to bring this into your everyday practice of leadership</li><li>Widening your horizon through a community to look to for advice
